Psoas Release & Relax - 20 Min Restorative Yoga
This 20 minute yoga practice leads you through a handful of restorative yoga postures to release the psoas system. The psoas is a deep hip flexor that can become short and tight leading to lower back pain and other imbalances. This practice will release that muscle and is perfect for the end of a long day or a follow up to an active yoga practice, run, or spin. A bolster and two blocks are suggested, but not required. This practice will leave you feeling relaxed and rest restored in mind, body, and spirit.
