This 20-minute vinyasa flow yoga practice will move you through all the lines of the body without ever requiring you to sit down or place your hands on the ground. You can do this inside or outside, with or without shoes or a mat. Flow through lunges, twists, Warrior poses, chair poses, and shoulder openers all through a standing sequence. Open to all levels of practice, no props required.
